The Acts of service is a type of love language that focuses on showing your partner that you care about their happiness through the services you render. It can be best described as doing something for your partner that you know they would like, things such as filling up the gas, bathing for the children, cooking meal, doing the laundry etc. When you give Acts of service, you give up your time and energy. “

Jesus is a perfect example of someone who displayed Act of Service as love (John 13:3-17). He was a leader by example, and The husband to the Church by example. Jesus ask Peter a very important question, a question that matter in every relationship. He said “Do you Love me more than anything”, peter replied affirmatively “Jesus, I love very much, more than anything in the world”. Jesus smiled and “said show me” (John 21:15-17). This is what many spouses are crying for, many friends are lacking this, many Christians confesses him as lord and savior but he said “if you love me then show me by your action” (John 14:15).
